Based on the Realtime AVM, our Portfolio service delivers Australia’s and the UK's, most accurate mark-to-market value on a property-by-property basis of a residential portfolio. It consistently outperforms indexation and other techniques when conducting a mass-valuation of a residential property portfolio.
Hometrack’s Portfolio Manager Tool allows clients to upload portfolios for revaluation and analysis. Portfolio Manager provides a rich interactive user interface with mapping, imagery, data views and Risk Analytics.
